As our name says, Venicecom's history began in Venice in 1997.

From our original positioning as Web Agency and Application Service Provider we rapidly focused our work in the fields of applications and technology , becoming a Software House and System Integrator.

That's how we started our growth, and our offer, size, and staff work became increasingly large and international. And likewise also the scope of our vision and our approach to the market reached new dimensions, leading us to be an important point of reference even in the most demanding markets, expanding our horizons outside Italy and Europe, to emerging countries and economies.

Here are some of the milestones of our history.

In 2006, to be close to the oil companies and insurance companies operating in Central Asia, we created Venicecom Kazakhstan. The company leverages the projects developed by Venicecom Italy and enriches them with on-site application supervision services provided by Russian and Kazakh personnel in the offices in Atyrau on the Caspian Sea and in Astana.

2008 was the year we opened our operational headquarters in Bari in the Technopolis Science and Technology Park at Valenzano. This is the location of our software factory and Remedy competence center for the whole group.

Just under two years later, in 2010, we founded Venicecom East Europe in Bucharest to serve the western oil companies and insurance companies with offices in Eastern Europe.

Four years after founding our first Kazakh company, we consolidated our presence in the Central Asian region by setting up the joint venture to meet the needs of state-owned companies. In recognition of his effort in the area, Pierluigi Aluisio, the founder and president of our group, was appointed Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in Venice.

In more recent years we have confirmed our growth and spread, developing new solutions for our customers, doing business with foreign public administrations, such as Astana with, and further expanded our borders. In 2012 we opened Venicecom Mozambique
