Thanks to the <b>Skill Planner<\/b> and <b>Health Surveillance modules of the kalmo suite<\/b> enterprise security software developed by Venicecom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Through software customization and all-implementation, AVM can now:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>Plan training interventions for all employees;<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>Manage course invitations and attendance, attendance, records, and training resumes of employees;<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>Monitor refresher course deadlines to schedule subsequent attendance;<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>Scheduling medical examinations of all employees and also managing them with the unannounced calling of toxicological examinations.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/DGWbyPIoR90\">In a recent interview Luca Scalabrin,<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b> president of ACTV<\/b>, an AVM group company, <b>ha raccontato<\/b> <b>l\u2019esperienza con kalmo<\/b> in personnel management:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>&#8220;We have all the information for every employee available at all times.
